IFG Life new office offers a collaborative environment with multiple communal and shared spaces for the business marketing and sales. Dedicated desk are no longer needed for all of the staff, the design concept evolved that would organize company staff into a supportive neighborhoods, gathered around a central communication/gathering space and choose their own needs of working space, allows employees to choose the best space that supports the work they are doing, this layout also encourages physical movement from communal to focus collaborative or even silent area for maximum focus. Local materials and furnitures are used throughout, including vynil flooring, carpet tiles, workstations, wicker ceiling, to fullfill the use of 80% of Tingkat Komponen Dalam Negeri (TKDN) as Indonesian Ministry of Industry campaign.
