Min. S1 in Architecture / Civil / Interior, 30 - 40years of age; at least 5 years experience in related field, proficient in M. Office, Sketchup, AutoCAD
High attention to Planning and Calculating, Well organized, Good leadership and communication skill (in English is a Must), Able to work under pressure, in overtime and tight deadlines.

Graduated from a vocational school majoring in Building Construction, 18-25 years of age; fresh graduate are welcome but preferably at least 2 years experience in related field, proficient in M. Office, Sketchup, AutoCAD
